Privacy policy

What we store

Only what the app needs to work:

• Your account: name, phone number and password (stored so it cannot be read back).
• Your health file: what you add and what your doctor writes: prescriptions, lab and imaging results, reports, medicines, allergies, blood group.
• Your appointments and your place in the clinic queue.
• The devices signed in to your account, so you can see them and sign out the ones you do not know.

Who can see your file

You. And the doctor or place you give access to, or who opens your file while you are with them at the clinic.

Every time your file is opened it is written to the «Who saw your file» log: who, when and what they saw. You can review it in the app at any time.

The Tablla team does not open the content of your health file except for a security reason or at your request, and every such opening is logged.

Sharing by code and QR

You can share your file, or part of it, with a doctor, lab or pharmacy using a code or QR, for a period you choose.

The link is kept out of search engines. You can revoke a share at any moment in the app and the link stops working immediately.

The emergency card

The emergency card shows only what first responders need: blood group, allergies, chronic conditions and your emergency contacts.

It opens with the code printed on the card. You decide what appears on it, and you can switch it off.

Phone numbers

We never show a doctor's, pharmacy's or lab's phone number on the site or in the app. All contact happens inside Tablla.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or share your health data with advertisers or marketing companies. There is no advertising built on your file.

Closing your account and deleting data

In the app's settings choose «Close account» (سد الحساب). Your account stops and your personal data is deleted.

Note: what a doctor wrote in the clinic's own record as part of their medical work may be kept by the clinic under its own obligations.

Security

Connections are encrypted. Passwords are stored irreversibly. Sign-in is tied to a device, and you can sign any device out from the app.

Changes to this policy

If it changes, we update the date above and tell you in the app when the change is significant.
